Description
Key responsibilities- Maintaining good relationships with all clients of the business; enhancing the profile of the Company among its clients and community.
- New and existing client communications and queries.
- Assisting in the smooth day to day running of the general office by providing administration support to colleagues.
- Undertaking responsibility for tasks in the financial planning process, in particular relating to the new client and annual review process.
- Assisting with the setting up and maintenance of client records/processes in the firm's existing back office system and work with colleagues to improve the integrity of the data and subsequent output.
- Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise clients clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
- Problemsolving skills
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Organisational and planning skills to develop customer services policies
- A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis
