Main purpose of the role:
Work with our clients to help reduce our debtor days. Working closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure all transactional data is accurate.
- Reduce aged debt average.
- All credit control activities include investigating and resolving queries with clients.
- Responsible for completing client valuations.
- Maintaining accurate records on our Airtable database.
- Negotiating and setting up payment plans
- Report to senior management of expected cash flow on a weekly basis
- An excellent attitude and positive approach to work
- Proven experience within credit control or finance
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in excel.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accounting software
