Main purpose of the role:
Work with our clients to help reduce our debtor days. Working closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure all transactional data is accurate.

  • Reduce aged debt average.
  • All credit control activities include investigating and resolving queries with clients.
  • Responsible for completing client valuations.
  • Maintaining accurate records on our Airtable database.
  • Negotiating and setting up payment plans
  • Report to senior management of expected cash flow on a weekly basis
  • An excellent attitude and positive approach to work
  • Proven experience within credit control or finance
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficient in excel.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accounting software
