Team Leader Team Leader at Juniper & Co**:

  • London City Airport**
    Please note, the start time for this role is June 2023.

Everyone regardless of age starts on £12.95 per hour

  • An additional
    £1.20 per hour for every hour worked between midnight and 6am.
  • An additional service charge payment (tronc) included


We are looking for
Full Time Team Leaders (35 to 40 hours per week) to join our team at
Juniper & Co at
London City Airport.


As a Team Leader, you will work a set of shifts between
4:30am - 2pm and
12pm - 10pm.

Please note, previous Team Leading experience in the hospitality sector is essential for this role.

Responsibilities for Team Leader:


  • Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
  • Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
  • Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
  • Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
  • Trains the team on brand standards
  • Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff
