Description

Our Oxid House Office is an extremely busy Property Management Department and the role would involve assisting a Senior Property Portfolio Administrator to help maintain the high levels of service provided to our clients.

The Property Management Team manage residential properties on behalf of landlords; dealing with repairs, ensuring gas safety certificates are up to date, checking properties when tenants move in or out, manage rental increases and rental arrears; general office administration to overseeing lettings paperwork, updating and maintaining our property management software, and perform any other duties which from to time may be required to ensure that smooth running of the branch and Company.

Property Management experience is preferred but not essential for this fast paced and rewarding role however you will need:
Previous experience in the property industry, ideally within property management, however, full training will be given. Financial assistance is given to applicants who want to qualify for the ARLA qualification. This is a fast paced and rewarding role.

Your key responsibilities will be (under the supervision of a Senior Property Portfolio Administrator):


  • Looking after a set portfolio of properties
  • Client Liaison
  • Being the first point of contact and go to person for all tenant enquiries
  • Dealing with any issues or concerns that may arise within the property and/or tenant
  • Dealing with any maintenance required on the properties, liaising with contracts and suppliers and scheduling in works at agreed costs
  • Management of tenancy contract
  • Management of tenancy renewals
  • Managing tenancy deposits and disputes
  • Updating the inhouse property management system and other systems
  • Scheduling in works and property inspections
  • Liaising with the wider team and business

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Prior experience working within the property industry (highly beneficially)
  • Prior knowledge of property functions and management
  • Strong levels of customer service and prepared to go above and beyond
  • Selfmotivation with a "cando" attitude
  • Highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Computer Literate
  • High levels of Integrity and Reliability
  • Smart in appearance and a confident manner

Salary:
£19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
