My client is recruiting for a Pre Litigation Fee Earner who are liability dispute specialists in the context of motorbike credit hire and personal injury.

The roles will be based in Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionateabout the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Job responsibilities as aPre Litigation fee earnerinclude:

Managing your own case load of pre litigated cases with liability disputes involving credit hire and personal injury
Responsible for files until the claim is passed through to the issuing team or settled in its entirety preissue.
Dealing with complex motorbike fast track cases

Key Skills required forPre Litigation fee earnerinclude:

Previous pre litigation experience required in the context of RTA claims
perhaps insurance company/defendant fee earner related or claims vetting role
Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills in the context of understanding and dealing with liability disputes
Full training in credit hire can be provided
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one's own initiative.
