    The Opportunity:

    This expanding HR-Tech is seeking to add to its Client Success team as part of its ongoing growth.

    We're looking for a talented individual to join our fantastic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

    Critical to this role is working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.

    Our supporting strategy, insight, and sales teams will collaborate with you to ensure every aspect of the customer journey is optimized.

    You'll be the key to integrating these efforts, driving seamless customer satisfaction.

    Work with clients to design, implement, execute, and evaluate comprehensive employee surveys. Use the insights gathered to align client objectives and foster strong relationships.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Previous experience in a customer success role, working with large enterprise clients.
    • Familiarity with fast-paced, scaling SaaS environments.
    • Data analysis skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
    • Strong organizational abilities, with project management expertise highly valued.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • A people person – not only will you engage with clients, but also internal stakeholders across departments.
    • Upbeat and high energy, you'll be a vital part of our team dynamic.
    • Experience working within HR-Tech solutions or with HR decision makers is an asset.

    The Compensation Package:

    • A base salary up to £33k.
    • 25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays.
    • Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days a week in Office.
    • Pension benefits.
