Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) for document management and collaboration
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills

Salary:
£26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
