Salary - Up to £85,000

Hybrid Role (3 days on site)

We're seeking a talented individual to drive projects forward and achieve exceptional results.

Tasks

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Lead, you'll be the driving force behind project success:

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and maintain clear communication.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Mitigate risks and navigate challenges to keep projects on track.
Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

DV Clearance is a must. (UK ICDV or EDV)
Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or similar role.
A track record of successfully managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
Project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile) are advantageous.
