Exciting opportunity to join an established company, working within their busy sales/service office environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Making
    outbound calls to customers to develop & create opportunities:
  • Upselling & offering alternatives as required
  • Analysing sales figures and providing feedback to the vendor & company
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay uptodate with product trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings
  • Inputting orders and providing information to clients regarding thier orders

Skill set required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs whilst constantly delivering high level customer service.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent computer skills (to include Work & Excel) for report purposes
  • Previous experience in a sales, service or upselling office environment is required.

Immediate requirement

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
