We pride ourselves on providing the best guest service in the leisure industry Working as part of a great team, we are looking for an experienced Head of Reception to join our Milton Keynes team.

You will ensure that we deliver exceptional service for every guest, every day and without compromise on standards.

Operating as part of the venue management team, you will create effective weekly rotas for your reception team, manage the retail shop including ordering of retail products and making sure that your team are fully conversant with all products and pricing.

You will be guest facing at all times, particularly at weekends to ensure operational excellence and support the venue effectively.
