Partners in Change ("PiC") is a growing business change consultancy whose mission is simple: to provide flexible, value-adding support to organisations of all shapes and sizes in their delivery of complex change.

From the start we've delivered great work for our clients, attracting excellent feedback.


Until now, all of our delivery to clients has been via a consultancy approach, with 'delivery assurance' a key component of our offer.

We have recently started to pilot an alternative offer at a lower price point, with no assurance, providing a more typically 'agency' style 'direct' option.

This is because we are strong at listening and understanding the client need and aligning that need to our growing community of strong, experienced people.

This role offers an excellent earning potential with an OTE of £65,000 to £75,000.


Responsibilities:


  • Overall management of the service and establishment over time of the brand.
  • Development and delivery of the plan to fully standup the service, taking it to 'Day 1' launch.
  • Working with the PiC leadership team to develop the service offer.
  • Delivery of service sales to plan.
  • Working with the PiC sourcing team, and Community Lead, to build and maintain engagement with the pool of Associate consulting resources capable of delivering the engagements required by clients and customers.
  • Working with PiC's marketing function to promote and build awareness of the service.
  • Working with PiC"s commercial support to establish, and then manage, the required commercial processes.
  • Depending on the success of the role and the service, to grow the team over time.

Role content:


  • Overarching responsibility for helping to continue the overall growth of PiC specifically by growing the new service, with a particular emphasis on business development, prospecting and sales, and oversight and assurance of client relationships.
  • Definition and development of the new service.
  • Leadership, coordination, and active engagement in the marketing and promotion of the new service.
  • Management, and delivery of, sales of the new service.
  • Quality assurance and ongoing evolution / continuous improvement of all aspects of the offer and associated service to drive competitive positioning and increasing share of the market.
  • Ongoing management, and planning, of the service, including budget setting, reporting and control, and governance.
  • Line management of any team members as and if a team is engaged to support the growth of the service.
  • Wider business management and development.

Accountabilities and outcomes:


  • Production of the plan to get the new service to full launch.
  • Management of delivery against that plan.
  • Delivery of sales of the new service in line with plan and budgeted target.
  • Delivery of service quality consistent with the designed service and the consequent expectations of customers, Associate resources, and any other supplyside partners.
  • Development of the brand and brand awareness in the market both demand and supplyside.
  • Alignment and fit with the wider PiC management team and business.

  • The Directors of PiC for overall delivery against plan and budget.
  • The PiC Delivery Directors and Managing Consultants for support with sales.
  • The PiC sourcing team, and Community Lead, for support with Associate talent acquisition.
  • The PiC Commercial Lead for support with commercial standards.
  • The PiC Finance Lead for all cashflow and billing.
  • The PiC Marketing Lead for support with promotion and marketing.

Technical:

  • Consultancy resource sales direct to client.

  • Good understanding of all aspects of business change and business change consulting, both technology enabled, and organisational / operational change.

In return, we offer:


  • Base salary of £45,000 to £55,000.
  • OTE to £65,000 to £75,000.
  • Pension contribution of 4%.
