Receptionist/AdministratorMAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To support the Office Management, in order to achieve the Company Operation requirements.
2. Answering and redirecting telephone calls and messages on behalf of the Management team.
4. Preparation and printing of administrative documents and files.
5. Fielding enquires and liaising with external clients.
6. Booking appointments/meetings and scheduling with the appropriate department.
7. To liaise with the relevant management in regards to any problems in achieving the Company Operation requirements.
8. Sorting and filing of administrative documents and records as per ISO system.
9. Taking deliveries from various suppliers/post men.
10. Greeting visitors and signing them in.
11. Any other duties as directed by the office manager and management team.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a Reception/Administration role.
- Planning and organisational skills in reception management.
- Skills both verbal and written communication, note taking and record management.
- Polite telephone manner.
- Experience using Microsoft Office

Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary:
£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sunderland, SR5 3JJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
