    Job Title: Facilities Manager

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our mixed portfolio of high-end commercial and residential buildings in London.

    About the Role:

    • Manage and maintain all elements of facilities management across the mixed portfolio, ensuring compliance with H&S requirements and management agreements.
    • Ensure CAFM systems are updated with routine repairs and requests, instructing approved contractors as necessary, and providing regular reports to FM/PM.
    • Communicate with tenants and residents regarding planned or reactive works within the building.
    • Administer contracts, purchase orders, and health and safety documents, obtaining permits for high-risk works.
    • Attend client and supplier meetings, addressing issues, and preparing meeting reports.

    Key Requirements:

    • At least three years of experience managing commercial or high-end residential buildings.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with CAFM systems and health and safety protocols.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annum.
    • A full-time permanent position based in Westminster, London, with site visits required to the portfolio.
    • Travel costs covered.
