Description

As a Market expansion consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market reach within your assigned territory.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our service can meet and exceed their expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect potential customers within North Wales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in field sales B2B
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory


We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of around £30,000pa (negotiable) and attractive commission structure (around £10/15k first year), along with opportunities for career growth and advancement within our fast-growing organization.
