RESTAURANT MANAGER £55k 6 SHIFTS PER WEEK CLOSED SUNDAYS SOHO RESTAURANT LONDON

We are looking for an Restaurant Manager to lead the management team of this popular soho restaurant.


As an incoming manager your primary function is to enhance and develop all areas of the business with customer service being paramount.

We are in need of a Restaurant Manager who is confident and proficient in all of the following:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE & CARE
  • WINE KNOWLEDGE WSET
  • HR & RECRUITMENT
  • HEALTH & SAFETY
  • MARKETING
  • FINANCE MANAGEMENT GP knowledge Wage %
  • GENERAL RESTAURANT DAILY OPERATIONS
