HR Officer

12 Month FTC

LHH is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly respected public sector organisation which is helping people and communities in Scotland thrive, as they seek an HR Officer to join them on a 12 month FTC.


The HR Officer will work closely with the HR Manager and the wider organisation to provide professional advice and support in relation to a range of people related queries and projects.


We are seeking an HR professional who will bring a proactive approach, dealing with front-line enquiries and managing relationships across the organisation and beyond, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.

Some of the aspects you will deal with in this role are ER), maintaining relationships with trade unions, processing payroll forms, HR reports and Policy writing.


You'll bring strong experience from within an HR function and will bring ideas and innovation to the organisation, demonstrating that you can turn ideas into practice and in-turn improve business outcomes.
