We are a busy and friendly GP practice in Wandsworth caring for over 11,500 patients. You will be entitled to 20 days annual leave plus 8 days Public holidays pro rata for p/t staff. Shift patterns currently between 07.45am to 18.30pm.The appointed Care Navigator will have the opportunity to participate in a broad range of personal and professional development opportunities within Wandsworth supported by the Training Hub.
Job summaryMain duties of the job
You must have excellent customer service as you will be the first point of contact for patients. You must have enthusiasm and motivation to learn and be able to work within a team.
You must be able to present yourself in a professional manner and be able to communicate confidently whilst showing care towards patients.
You must be able to work flexibly on a shift pattern between the hours of 07:45 and 18:30.Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
