Page Personnel is partnering with a successful retail business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk into their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.


Client Details
Our client is a successful retail business who have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months.

They are based in Portsmouth and do require travel to their offices but do also offer a hybrid model of working.


Description
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Issuing daily Customer invoices in line with the Customer Care Notes and processing Customer invoice consolidations in line with Customer SLA's. Ensure all queries are promptly resolved, liaising with other departments as appropriate as received in theTeam Mailboxes.
  • Processing manual invoice and credit requests, ensuring the appropriate authority as specified in the authority matrix has been applied and to ensure the nominal ledger code is correct
  • Processing the daily Direct Debit runs and reporting of any Direct Debit Rejections
  • Complete Balance Sheet Reconciliations on a monthly basis. Ensure all tasks, are performed according to the procedure manuals, reporting any deviance to your manager
  • To continuously review processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide accurate and on time, such accountancy support as required by your supervisor to enable accurate information to be produced

Job Offer
**Salary £20,000 - £24,000
