Who are the team?
Modern Workplace is charged with making LBG a cool place to work, wherever you work, by connecting colleagues with the latest technology and tools and providing a first class user experience for IT help and support.
This role will be a mix of on-site in one of the Modern Workplace hubs a minimum of two days a week, and the rest from home.
Who do we need?
This is a brand-new leadership role, so you'll be able to shape, steer and horizon-scan in ways the team previously hasn't experienced from a technical perspective, whilst using your influencing skills to align our work across the organisation.
Key aspects of the role:
- You'll be responsible for looking at data trends, identifying root cause, and leading through to resolution.
- Strategically we want to move from reactive to proactive spotting trends and fixing things before they become an issue.
Experience we need you to demonstrate:
- Your technical background will enable you to translate architectural roadmaps into operational requirements
- You'll be able to resolve where issues stem from within a complex technical architecture
- Wide-ranging experience in undertaking root cause analysis and data analysis to remediate issues and identify and remove waste from operational services
- You've embraced complex problems and broken them out into a roadmap of viable solutions.
