Marketing and Events Coordinator - Cardiff, United Kingdom - Europa Marketing

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a hybrid role within a busy marketing agency.

This role will be split 50/50 between events and marketing.

You will be working closely with the company director to put together events, and the social media manager to manage client accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a creative flare and passion for both marketing and events.


Responsibilities:

• Manage client social media accounts
• Create professional content
• Market research
• Build brands from scratch following strategy
• Plan, Organise and execute a variety of events
• Post events and promotions on social media platforms and ensure all correspondence is replied to
• Coordinate with third parties to determine event requirements and objectives
• Develop event timelines and budgets
• Coordinate production with venue team
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
• Provide onsite support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• Proven experience within events or similar role with a passion for social media
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
From £1,400.00 per month
