Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a hybrid role within a busy marketing agency.This role will be split 50/50 between events and marketing.
You will be working closely with the company director to put together events, and the social media manager to manage client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client social media accounts
- Create professional content
- Market research
- Build brands from scratch following strategy
- Plan, Organise and execute a variety of events
- Post events and promotions on social media platforms and ensure all correspondence is replied to
- Coordinate with third parties to determine event requirements and objectives
- Develop event timelines and budgets
- Coordinate production with venue team
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Provide onsite support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within events or similar role with a passion for social media
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
From £1,400.00 per month

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
