4Leisure are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading leisure providers for a full time Duty Manager in the Bishop's Stortford area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leisure professional looking to take the next step intheir career.

As a Duty Manager you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, deliver excellent customer service at all times as well as being able work as team.

An NPLQ certificate is desirable but not essential. You will be required to complete the course if successful.

A first Aid and Pool Plant Operator certificate will also need to be obtained within a set timescale if not already held.

Your main tasks will include:

Assisting with the daily operations of the centre and sports facilities:

Dealing with customer enquiries and any complaints:

Opening and closing of the facilities:

Delivering excellent customer service at all times:

Reporting to the operations manager
This is a full time permanent position with a mix of shift patterns including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The salary for this role ranges between
£24,000 - £26000 depending on experience, including a range of employee benefits such as a free gym membership, cycle to work scheme plus much more.
