About Our Client:


Based in Trafford Park, Manchester since the 1980s, this client is now a world leading Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company for PPE through the latest technology since starting in the 1980s.


The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience and proven track record in sales administration, sales support or customer relationship management in a B2B environment (ideally from a manufacturing and production background)
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
