Managing two Procurement Managers and two Purchasing Clerks.

This is an exciting new role due to growth in the team offering that next step up and career progression in the future.

Looking for variety? You will be collaborating with both police officers and police staff across a range of departments, giving a real insight into the Force.

As a organisation we invest in our staff, offering ongoing development and in-depth courses to upskill and widen your knowledge.

As Deputy Head of Procurement, you will provide advice on appropriate procurement procedures and contract management on both internal and external contracts.

Being creative with analysing expenditure data and standing orders. Problem solving and resolving disputes, looking at the most efficient process and monitoring performance.
