We're recruiting for an experienced Handy Person join our Facilities Management team based at the brand new East Marshgate UCL Campus in Stratford.

• Experience of providing professional cleaning and caretaking services
• A ' make it happen', positive, energetic attitude to your day to day work

• Health and Safety awareness & knowledge of COSHH

• Maintaining campus safety and security precautions at all times
• General building maintenance duties (eg) minor joinery repairs, minor plumbing repairs, door maintenance and painting
• Regular site walks, risk assessments and HSE audits
• Cleaning communal internal and external areas
• Where appropriate, unblocking drains, including kitchen drains (external to properties)
• Removing refuse bags and household items from hopper head areas, outside refuse chambers and other communal areas
• Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries etc
• Maintain safe conditions and safe working practices within all the facilities.
