Description
We are DJS Building Solutions Ltd, a Bedfordshire based construction company, specialising in new builds, renovations and extensions.

We have a job vacancy available for a carpenter to join our highly skilled team, on either an employed or self-employed basis.

Pay is negotiable dependant on experience.


Requirements:


  • Experienced in both first
- and second-fix plumbing

  • Able to carry out repair work necessary to existing plumbing on projects
  • Able to follow standard procedures and protocols, including necessary Health and Safety
  • Gassafe status essential
  • Carry out boiler installations, maintenance and repairs
  • Minimum two years experience required
  • Driving licence essential
  • If on selfemployed basis, must have own transport


We work all over Bedfordshire and sometimes into Hertfordshire, and if you were to come on on an employed basis, there will be a company van provided, which would include a fuel card and all maintenance on the van paid.

We are looking for a qualified plumber who is enthusiastic, experienced and hardworking. You would be working in a team with other carpenters, alongside bricklayers, labourers and other tradesmen. A good knowledge of construction across the various building phases is desirable, to work in conjunction with other trades that may be present

Salary:
£110.00-£180.00 per day

Experience:


  • Plumbing: 2 years (required)

  • City & Guilds or NVQ in plumbing (preferred)
