Are you an accomplished leader with extensive people management skills? If so, then this may be the role for youHCC is looking for a key member of its Senior Leadership Team, who will work closely with the CEO and SLT members in leading the implementation of the organisation's strategy, managing cost effective and on time operational delivery and setting the standards for consistent coordinated performance across all workstreams including:
- Supply Chain Engagement and Development
- Trade Development in the retail and foodservice sectors in Wales, the UK and internationally
- Processor Support
- Onfarm Interventions
The postholder will deputise for the CEO at high profile external meetings, with delegated responsibility for relationship management and influence with Welsh Government, stakeholder bodies and partners.
HCC's current hybrid working pattern is based on two core days attendance at the office per week, with the remaining three days to be worked at home or at the office.
