Generation Success and Accolite offer recent graduate students (who will or would have graduated between a launching pad into one of the world's fastest-growing industries.

Glasgow , starting in early
January 2024.
The Graduate Programme
The Accolite Graduate programme provides you with an extensive and continuous training in relevant technologies for their roles as well as training on banking and financial services topics.
Software development graduates will attend a 8-week full-stack training program encompassing Microservices & APIs, UI, test-driven development, database and Azure fundamentals.
Reporting to the Development Manager, graduate software developers will have the opportunity to be involved in the design, development, modification, and maintenance of software products.
Your first engagement will be with one of our key clients, working in the financial services industry for a fortune 100 global investment bank.

Requirements:
- MSc / BSc in a technical related degree such as Computer Science and Computing-Related Fields.
- Will or would have graduated between
- A genuine interest in technology and programming
- Have the ability to code in Java and/or Python
- Strong understanding of objectoriented concepts
- Attention to detail, quality focused, and adherence to standards / best practices
- Ability to work on a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
