Description

Thorium Security is currently recruiting a Retail Security Officer for a well-known Retail Supermarket in Caerphilly, CF83.

We are seeking highly experienced customer-focused individuals

Full time permanent position

Shift pattern:

Mon, Thu, Fri and Sat 12pm-10pm & Sun 10am-4pm

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within the working environment
Act as a visual deterrent
Loss prevention following S.C.O.N.E.S.
Liaising with Police and other emergency services
Report writing including Civil recovery reports
Any other retail security tasks as required

Job Requirements

A Valid SIA License
Frontline Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5year work/education history
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Ability to deter antisocial behaviour, theft, and criminal activities
Must be reliable and punctual
Able to travel
