Our modern design, administration and manufacturing facilities cover over two hectares, with five manufacturing facilities on two sites in Nottinghamshire adjacent to Junction 28 of the M1, giving us transport links across the country.

We manage every process in house, from concept design with end clients and consultants through to commissioning and service.

AF Switchgear are looking for a Site Services Administrator for 12 months maternity cover.

Reporting to the Site Services Manager, the successful applicant will be required to provide administration support to the Site Services Department.

The successful applicant will be the general point of contact for telephone calls for the Site Services Office.

Duties will include, but are not exclusive to:

Assist Site Services Engineers with preparation of quotations, completion of customer documents and compliance schedules
Preparation of Contract Review Document File & Site File
Issue completed projects to the accounts department to be invoiced
Enter new contracts on to the Site Services loading sheet
General clerical duties as required

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
