About the role:
Are you highly organised? Do you like hitting deadlines and chasing actions down? Do you want to be part of a growing team, working in an industry leading business?
As a Sales administrator, you're responsible for supporting the team of eCommerce Sales consultants fulfilling customer orders. You will work closely with our dealer partners and finance team to facilitate the smooth handling of customer orders.
You will work closely with other members of the sales team, and will report directly to the eCommerce Sales Manager.
What you'll do:

Dealers: You'll be working closely with our dealer partners to ensure a smooth process from a sale being confirmed to a customer receiving their new car at home

Logistics: You'll be arranging and co-ordinating deliveries between our transport partners, dealer partners and customers

Quality control: Ensure that dealers are preparing vehicles to standards required in our T&Cs working with our partners to accept vehicles ahead of delivery

Administration: you will be accurately processing invoices for products sold and chasing invoices in a timely manner to meet customer expectations. Making sure warranties have been activated for customers

Customers: You'll be confidently and professionally engaging with customers, you will be supporting them with arranging the delivery of their new car

Teamwork: Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload. Muck in and have an 'all hands on deck' approach. Work effectively as part of a team and using your own initiative. You'll be working closely with a team of sales consultants to achieve our sales targets and SLAs. You will relish the hustle of a busy sales environment
What you'll need:

Process driven: You are process driven, organised and have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Experience: You have a proven track record in a sales environment. Automotive experience is a bonus but isn't a requirement

Energy and drive: You're a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about sales, and will always go the extra mile to close a sale

Flexible: You're happy to help test new processes, while being open to feedback and new ways of doing things

Team player: You have the vulnerability to know that you don't know everything, and the humility to ask for help from those around you. You want to be part of a wider team that celebrates success together

Hybrid Working: We'd need you to join us in the office for minimum 3 days of the week, and will have flexibility on the other two days to work from home
