The Opportunity
Working as a Supervisor, you'll be joining our brilliant Production Team.

You won't be sitting behind a desk all day, you'll be at the heart of the action on the factory floor.

The business has recently expanded its production facilities and won new contracts which in turn has created a need to expand our current work force.

What Key Ingredients Are We Looking For?

You'll be responsible for helping to ensure the planned production of meals is reached and the required specification and standards are met so it's essential you are highly motivated and can motivate your team.

Excellent communication skills are a must as you'll be working alongside other supervisors and managers to organise and complete product changeovers within planned timescales and providing direction and support to all staff.
