Leicestershire.

Starting salary £32-33,000 guideline.

The Package and Career Progression:

Starting basic salary guideline £3233,000 rising to an OTE of £40K to £70K within 3 to 5 years + continuously growing basic salary, bonus + pension + healthcare + company car upon qualification.
Ideally you will be based in the East Midlands. The role will begin office based, moving to Hybrid and Working From Home in the longer term.

This Graduate Trainee (with 1-2yrs experience) Recruitment Consultant job will suit:

Either previous recruitment experience or a similar people facing role with a mix of analytical, time specific activities in a communication-based role ideally B2B.

You must also be smart and well presented, clearly spoken and a good written communicator, with confidence and an eye for detail.
In addition to people skills we are a technology driven business, with multiple IT platforms, databases and systems. Good IT skills and the ability to analyse data is also a key part of the role.

The Graduate Trainee (with 1-2yrs experience) Recruitment Consultant job will involve:

Initially you will work with a senior member of our team, who will mentor you as part of our structured graduate training programme. You will bring some skills and experience with you, and we will give you the coaching you need to fill in any gaps and polish your existing skills to a high standard.
