The HR team provide a pro-active employee focussed service that supports Getronics' strategic direction.

Our goal is to support the continuous improvement of Getronics managers and employees, delivering an effective and professional HR service.

What will you do?:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, from taking the brief with Hiring Managers, arranging interviews, through to offer stage with roles across a range of technical functions and levels.

The nature of the business sees regular change and a meticulous, flexible, forward thinking and collaborative approach is encouraged.


The Talent Acquisition Partner will:

• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle and providing timely updates to ensure engagement throughout the process
• Ensure resource tracking data is accurate and up to date
• Work closely with the HR Team to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Review recruitment policies and procedures adopting best practice
• Liaising with external recruitment partners
• Monitor external market trends and feedback how this may impact hiring plans
• Ad hoc projects and work as required in the spirit of continuous improvement
• Any additional reasonable duties in line with the level and nature of the role

Which experience/skills we are looking for?:

• Able to work under own initiative but also as part of a team, taking ownership and prioritising workload accordingly
• Experience in delivering professional recruitment services and managing multiple vacancies
• Able to recruit across all levels and adapting the approach accordingly
• Experience in sourcing using job boards and Linked In
• Understanding of HR and onboarding processes, including preemployment checks and right to work verification
• Able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK at interview
