Job Overview:


On behalf of our client based in the Belfast Area, CSR are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join theirteam.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your communication skills, organizational abilities, and passion for upselling.


Role:


  • Providing the highest levels of customer care at all times both over the phone and in person
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Estimating costs to present the design to the customer
  • Merchandising stock in an eye catching design
  • Working towards targets and deadlines
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and categories you sell.
  • To merchandise and display products in a creative manner
  • Provide advise on space planning, layout and colour co ordination

Essential Criteria:


  • Previous experience in a sales role within home interiors or home furnishings
  • Proficient with all of the Microsoft office package
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a lasting rapport
  • Ability to read computer drawings would be beneficial

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

  • Performance bonus

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
