Description

The Personnel Coordinator will act as the primary focal point for the allocation of project crewing, offshore field personnel, clients and the Operations Team regarding mobilisations, de-mobilisations and crew changes.

The Personnel Coordinator will effectively manage the Offshore Inspectors and Technicians on a day to day basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Line Manager to Offshore Inspectors and Technicians
  • Plan and forecast Offshore Field personnel for upcoming field operations in conjunction with
wider project team

  • Ensures correct mobilisation of Offshore Field personnel on site and on time
  • Keep in regular contact with offshore field operations personnel
  • Liaise with project coordinators on job / logistic / personnel requirements as necessary
  • Create, check and update Offshore field personnel utilisation records
  • Ensure all offshore field personnel timesheets, expenses claims and holiday requests are checked and authorised
  • Participate in oncall duties
  • To ensure safety, quality and operating efficiency of all offshore field personnel meets the highest of standards
  • To ensure operating procedures are implemented and if possible improved across all responsible sectors
  • Ensure HSEQ standards are met and contribute to improvements where possible
  • Prepare internal and external reports using Microsoft Office programs as necessary
  • Participates in Kick Off Meetings and prepares full job descriptions based on information supplied
  • Ensures all thirdparty invoices are checked and collated for recharging
  • HSEQ compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and the Company's management system.
  • Develop strong working relations with key stakeholders clients, colleagues etc
  • To be a positive ambassador for Motive Offshore Group Ltd.

Required skills / knowledge:


  • Must have significant previous experience of mobilisation of offshore personnel
  • Must be well organised and focused on achieving results
  • Must be able to work under pressure and in time constraints
  • Ability to lead teams and manage people
  • Strong organisation skills with a good ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Understanding and appreciation of the offshore industry training/certification requirements
  • A high level of confidentiality with excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to cope with change in a fast paced working environment
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
