Ignis Group are a Commercial Heating Specialist based in Studley, Warwickshire.

We specialise in the Service, Maintenance and Installation of Commercial Heating and Hot water systems for our expanding client base throughout the Midlands.

The Role

As Service Administrator you will become a valued part of our service team working daily within our busy service department.

You will be assisting with the day to day operations carrying out a number of duties to include but not limited to:

Liaising with customers, suppliers and our field based engineers on a daily basis, dealing with requests and queries.
Matching and adding supplier and subcontractor invoices to specific jobs within the service management software package.
Updating of our Service management system to ensure efficiency in processing.
Raising Purchase orders and communicating with suppliers and manufacturers.
Any other general office duties
Previous experience within a busy office environment and service team highly desirable.
Experience of dealing with field based engineers and suppliers an advantage.
Experienced with Office systems, Excel, Word, Outlook and Service management software required.
Ability to adapt to new operating systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Selfmotivated with a desire to deliver a high standard of work at all times

The Package

40 hrs per week, Mon-Fri 8am 5pm
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
