Do you have property administration experience and would like to progress in this role? We have a client who is looking for a presentable, articulate and hardworking indidvidual, with a little experience in property who is keen to take charge of the role.
This is a full time role, office based and the role as Property Administrator will be to cover during a large period of growth and to support the existing team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Dealing with invoices
- Taking, dealing and filing reports
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Basic admin with leases
- Prepare and check draft tenancy agreements as needed
- To coordinate records of maintenance history and ensure and statutory maintenance is completed and documented in a timely manner
- To be point of contact for enquiries into the Property Office
- To offer administrative support to the Property & Team as appropriate
Skills required for the role:
- Property administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent MS office skills
