What the role involves:


  • To undertake administrative duties for the wider team including all client facing administration and client take on procedures.
  • To prepare draft invoices and credit notes where required.
  • To generate letters and prepare signed final account packages to send to clients.
  • To manage diaries for team members as required.
  • To assist on reception during busy periods, periods of sick leave and holidays.
  • To assist with mail shots and the administration of the Firms' Fee Protection Scheme.
  • To provide support to managers and staff with printing, photocopying, and binding.
  • Undertake any other administration duties required to support the efficient operation of the team.

£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
