Are you an experienced recruiter or talent professional who wants to help shape the ForFarmers in-house recruitment function? Maybe you are an agency recruiter wanting to break into your first in-house role? We are looking for a hands on recruiter to continue building on the great strides we have made in building an in-house recruitment function.


What is the role of an In-House Recruiter at ForFarmers?

Key responsibilities and duties of the role include:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment processes for all operational roles in the UK
  • Ensure the talent spreadsheet are wellmaintained and up to date, ensuring we track all activity
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox
  • Aid in the reduction of external agency spend
  • Continue leading on the development and embedding of the inhouse recruitment function
  • Ongoing reporting focusing on cost, routes to market, time to hire etc
  • Training and Up skilling of hiring managers with a focus on recruitment best practice
  • Utilisation of LinkedIn and other platforms to support in building Employer Branding
  • Creation of job adverts to attract talent to the business
  • Continue with the reduction in agency spend and the dependency on third party support
  • Management of the established Preferred Supplier List (PSL)
  • Facilitate briefings with hiring managers to understand requirements
  • Objectively assess, influence and challenge as appropriate to deliver
  • Ownership of the ATS ensuring records are maintained & adoption of the system is utilised
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Experience in a hands on recruitment role (inhouse, agency or RPO)
  • Experience with using ATS systems (Workday)
  • Experience with different attraction methods (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc)
  • Confidence to challenge and gravitas to influence
  • Ability to build good working relationships at pace
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and target
  • Strong project management
  • High levels of integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy

Salary:
From £45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Loughborough, LE12 9NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Recruitment: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • Right to Work in the UK (preferred)
