Paragon Resource Solutions are recruiting for call centre operatives on behalf of our client in Norwich speaking to tenants regarding repairs to their properties.


An exciting opportunity to be part of a new, developing team, you will need to be ready to handle a high volume of inbound calls - 50 to 80 calls daily whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service.


Experience of working in an environment with a high level of calls is a must and experience in maintenance or repairs is desirable yet not essential as full training will be provided.

Temp to Perm

Pay Rate - £12.58 p/h whilst temp

£24-28k (DOE) when permanent


Working hours are either:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

A total of 37 hours per week.

There may be an opportunity at the start of the week for part time hours.
