The Role


The role of the Planner / Scheduler is to support senior colleagues by scheduling and planning the work for a team of multi-disciplined operatives and engineers, ensuring the operatives and engineers are fully utilised, jobs are closed in a timely manner and appointments are booked in for any works not completed at first visit.


What will you deliver?

  • Scheduling appointments through the EPIX IT system.
  • Ensuring the operative / engineer is fully utilised and contacted throughout the day.
  • Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
  • Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
  • Clear categories and report daily.
  • Written and verbal communication with clients and customers.
  • Dealing with the WORK ORDERS mailbox
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Any administration task to support the role

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience of operating in a commercial, multidivisional organisation.
  • A good understanding of MS office suite.
  • Experience of dealing with clients and supply chain.
  • Previous experience in scheduling of works.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
