The Role

The role of the Planner / Scheduler is to support senior colleagues by scheduling and planning the work for a team of multi-disciplined operatives and engineers, ensuring the operatives and engineers are fully utilised, jobs are closed in a timely manner and appointments are booked in for any works not completed at first visit.

What will you deliver?

Scheduling appointments through the EPIX IT system.
Ensuring the operative / engineer is fully utilised and contacted throughout the day.
Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
Clear categories and report daily.
Written and verbal communication with clients and customers.
Dealing with the WORK ORDERS mailbox
Customer Satisfaction surveys
Any administration task to support the role

Knowledge & Experience

Experience of operating in a commercial, multidivisional organisation.
A good understanding of MS office suite.
Experience of dealing with clients and supply chain.
Previous experience in scheduling of works.
