An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Product Delivery Commercial Operations team within British Airways' Global Revenue.

From actively supporting the launch of brand-new commercial products to protecting commercial interest on the day of departure, this role really has it all.

What you'll do:


  • Be the face of Commercial, protecting our commercial and customer interest inside the operational window.
  • Work closely with the Product Support team, maintaining and developing our commercial selling and support systems.
  • Provide input and influence stakeholder decisions to protect BA's commercial interests and minimise adverse customer impact.

About you:


  • You will be an active problem solver, creatively solving operational issues within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to respond to business challenges by identifying and offering innovative solutions to achieve desired results.
  • Passionate about systems and technology and always exploring ways to optimise revenue.
  • Always on the look out to challenge the statusquo to deliver change and innovation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
The team will work with you to understand your abilities, interest and personal needs.

Over the longer term, colleagues have the opportunity to further develop their skills and capabilities and experience different parts of the business.


Working hours:
the Commercial Operations team work's a 6-on-3-off shift pattern.
