Finance Assistant - Scunthorpe - £23,000 - £25,000


Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a manufacturing organisation who are market leaders with a great reputation as a supplier and employer.

They are recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their friendly finance team on a permanent basis, to work closely with the Financial Controller and support with transactional finance.

Finance Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and issue daily and weekly KPI reports including labour and sales analysis
  • Manage the purchase ledger process including matching purchase ordered and good receipts
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Resolve any invoice queries
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Collect and input data for financial reports
  • Support with the investigation of overhead variances

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience within a finance background
  • Ability to work independently or as part of the team
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to proactively maintain data
  • Must be IT literate including knowledge of excel
