Description

What you'll do:


  • Working closely with CX and your business stakeholder to define and map the target digital journey, in context of the proposition and service objectives and KPIs, often aligning disparate requirements into a single cohesive user experience
  • Defining and breakingdown the target digital journey experience into features, user stories and detailed requirements so as to feed the product backlog for design, development and delivery; including direction on business value across the experience, setting KPIs and prioritisation to take into design sprints and the overall development backlog
  • Working with UX and technology to validate, articulate and realise the target experience in context of influencing factors including the technology state of play, operating model and business strategy
  • Organising and leading workshops with relevant business stakeholders (be it to kickoff design sprints, play back deliverables and insights, or resolve challenges/risks to delivery) to ensure consistent understanding and alignment of the overall digital journey/experience
  • Driving the development teams to deliver the backlog against a clear roadmap and timeline, launching in pilot or beta phases if required to get live to experiment and learn fast
  • Representing the voice of the customer, drawing insight from data and analytics of product performance as well as relevant user testing/research, to translate into new design and development delivery requirements
  • Informing and developing success criteria for advice on the digital channel, in context of wider business strategy, service success and past performance, managing and prioritising deliverables against this
  • Working with wider team to communicate performance and delivery milestones of the digital experience across the business, harnessing insights and learnings to develop new optimisations, and driving the relevant teams and stakeholders to deliver against this
  • Acting as "front of house" for the business team and be the core representative for advice for any digitally focussed projects in that particular business area
  • Definition, design and delivery of target digital journey and experience for advice
  • Definition and delivery against KPIs and objectives for the digital journey in context of the business strategy and service model goals
  • Stakeholder management and support as digital channel owner for this part of the V-Hub service experience

Who you are:


  • Problem solving/critical thinking
  • Understands how to define and then deliver in a KPI driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management to influence other functions/delivery areas to achieve target digital state
  • Understanding of various whitelabel and custom approaches to digital implementation to determine and assess impact on user experience
  • SAFE or Agile experience beneficial
