is an award winning and market leading, multi-branch independent with offices across the Midlands region.


They are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to drive office instructions and ultimately be an ambassador for one of the most successful estate agency branches within the region.

There is already an established and professional team in place, maintaining the strong reputation that the branch enjoys.

Estate Agent Sales Manager / Valuer

  • Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property?
  • Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position?
  • If you are a Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.
Estate Agent Sales Manager / Valuer

  • They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an indepth knowledge of Estate Agency and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the branch, performance reporting, managing and mentoring the team and being a handson part of the team.
  • You will be an instrumental appointment and as such a natural drive, passion and selfstarter attitude is needed coupled the ability to think outside of the box and generate new, innovative ideas to build business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confident professional persona both face to face and over the phone
  • Decisive, leadership personality with a positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Ability to achieve results and work to deadlines within budget
  • Very well organised and proactive nature
  • Credible, likeable and extremely well presented
  • Able to present to small groups via face to face meetings or webinars etc
  • Tenacious with an intrinsically positive persona
  • Proven track record in face to face sales
  • Man management (including the recruitment and training of sales professionals)
