We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Elaina Care Home.

Your main role as a Care assistant in our small family run Care Home is to support our residents with personal care, emotional and social needs.

You will be part of a team in ensuring each of our residents receive the highest quality, person-centered care.

You will assist nursing staff with planning, implementing and evaluating and recording the care given to residents and make sure our residents' care plans are accurate, personalised and kept up to date.

You will promote the independence of our residents and ensure they enjoy a good quality of life and retain their dignity, choice and individuality.

To be considered for this role you will preferably had previous experience although it is not required.
