Description

We are seeking anexperienced
Controls Manager working within compliance and risk team of large supply chain organisation.

The role is a 3 month contract to start early January and run through to the end of March 2023.

It is expected to complete the followed defined deliverables within that time frame.


Details of Deliverables:


  • Guidance
  • Appropriate guidance to help explain to stakeholders what a control is, what makes a good control and how to identify a key control


  • Control Log

  • A control log that lists the key controls for each area


  • Control Schedules

  • A control schedule for each key control that includes relevant information in a consistent format (e.g. control title, description, owner, frequency, type etc)


  • Methodology

  • A description of the proposed testing methodology, including the testing process as well as appropriate tools (such as sample size guidance) and templates (such as testing and report templates)


  • Proofs of Concept

  • Three completed proofs of concept (using the process, tools and templates identified above) for Finance, HR and GAL


  • Testing Plan

  • A riskbased proposal outlining when other key controls could be tested
