Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Offer product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchase decisions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet objectives
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining store security and loss prevention measures

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong sales and customerfocused mindset
  • Must be able to commute to Leeds city centre for work
