Hertfordshire Single Point of Contact (SPOC)Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and organised individual to lead and manage Hertfordshire Single Point Of Contact.

This role will involve line management of a team of 5 covering SPOC Duties and a further team of 3, who offer brief interventions to non-dependant Alcohol clients, as well as Cannabis users.


Responsibilities:


Purpose of the role:

The post holder will provide leadership, management and support for the SPOC team, providing a single point of contact for all communication into CGL Hertfordshire.


The SPOC Team work on a rota ensuring the service is fully operational 5 days per week, with a Saturday reduced service, SPOC provide a combination of telephone triage, advice and brief intervention, onward signposting to universal services across Herts as well as handling communication and enquiries from a wide range of professionals and partner organisations.
