Role:
Sales Office and Systems Support Coordinator


Reporting to:
Director of Sales Operations, Processes and Efficiencies


Based:
Home with occasional travel


Hours worked: 37.5 hours per week


Main Responsibilities


To continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Village sales function through providing support with the sales systems, processes and procedures, ensuring data validity and integrity is maintained, supporting both central and local sales as required.

Sales Office Support

  • Deal with day to day query management in a timely manner liaising with system support and systems suppliers on any issues
  • Preparation of training materials and SOP manuals on ticketing module
  • Delivery of training modules as required

M&E Inventory Control

  • M&E Pricing Tool Management update based on commercial revenue strategy
  • Ongoing management of M&E packages in the system, price changes and measurement of discounts.
  • To support, as required, the ticketing system utilised for the Village Events programme

Data Integrity and Validity

  • To proactively monitor and analyse data changes made to the relevant systems by its end users and make any necessary data changes to maintain high quality standards. Ensure data integrity is consistently maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that clean data is feeding into the BI tools resulting in accurate forecasting and reporting data
  • Responsible for daily quality checking procedures such as identifying and merging duplicate data and ensuring the required data standards are being applied within the relevant sales systems

Reporting

  • Producing, checking and analysing sales reports to support business development and improvement
  • Support with finance related reports and compilation of complex multi site billing as requested

Additionally

  • To undertake Health & Safety duties commensurate with the role and/or as detailed by the companies Health & Safety representative.
  • To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
